Checklists
ARE YOU READY TO MOVE?
-
Pack all
loose items.
This will simplify your removal and make it run more
efficiently.

Tape and
seal all boxes.
And remember, fill all boxes to the top to ensure items don’t
move around. Identify each box with a room name
-
Pack all
loose glass.
Pack the glass microwave plate and any glass shelving from wall
units etc.
-
Empty the
refrigerator.
Do this before the removalists arrive.

Disconnect all electrical equipment.
Rolling up the cords also ensures no unnecessary accidents
during your removal.

Save
packing.
Bed Side Cabinets, Chest of Drawers, Filing Cabinets and Freezers can stay
full. Just make sure all breakables have been taken out.

Disassemble any furniture.
Was that
desk built in that room? Make sure all items that need to be
disassembled are (including beds), this takes care of any
unnecessary hassles on moving day.

Do not
water pot plants.
No watering
for at least two(2) days prior to your removal
